As a Certified Professional Coach, I help you understand what you want now and in the future, why you want it, and how to get there (and stay motivated).
I don't dig into your past like therapists do.
When I coach you on your career, I also use my experience in talent acquisition to offer practical advice. I can help you improve your resume, stand out on LinkedIn, and perform well in interviews (and more!).
But I'll give you options, I won't impose or choose for you. I am mindful of your personality and expriences.
You'll always be in the driver's seat - we are all different, capable, and talented individuals.
What I love most about my job is creating a customized solution together with you.
There's already a world of generic advice available for free online, here the focus is on having a real human connection and proper conversation.
I am not telling you that I have the "Coca-Cola formula" for career success or life balance.
I know for sure that by the time we’re done, you’ll have all the ingredients you need to create your own.
I'll help you discover what truly works for you, so you can mix up your own perfect recipe for career happiness and life satisfaction.
You'll be ready and confident, whatever this crazy economy throws at you.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Adult Education (course: Expert in the design of remote teaching), obtained in Italy. Among the main subjects of the course were psychology, didactics, and sociology.
Afterward, I attended two HR courses in Switzerland, and a Growth Hacking course focused on Marketing in the Netherlands.
I am a Certified Professional Coach: I passed a rigorous exam, completed over 200 hours of practice, and you can check my reviews on my website, LinkedIn and ADP List. As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I respect a strict code of ethics and I keep expanding my knowledge through various ICF webinars and events.
I worked in Italy for the first years of my career, learning the hard way what means “impossible job market”.
I relocated to Switzerland, a non-EU country by myself, managing to secure a job in HR/talent acquisition without industry or role experience.
I found a job in Booking.com, the best tech company in Amsterdam while being unemployed as a result of a reorg in Switzerland. I started interviewing remotely, then booked a 3-week solo stay in Amsterdam and got the position including a relocation package for me and my partner, in JUST a month from the start of my search.
All of this without referrals, just lots of preparation and years of mistakes, experience, and work on my mindset and confidence.
9+ years in HR/ Talent Acquisition taught me how to be found easily and passively by recruiters, how to consistently increase my salary package in less than 5 years, and how to be referred for roles and companies I wasn’t even dreaming of 10 years ago.
I can help you achieve similar results and more.
You could do this by yourself, but…as a team, we can have fun in the process, and you can start living the life you deserve and feel happy, without more delays.

My specialties
I focus on two main areas:
Career Coaching: I designed plans for those who are just tired of sending out countless applications without any result different from ghosting or getting rejected.
You’ll get clear on what you really want, build a job search strategy that gets you more interview invites and offers, and find the right job faster.
Together, we’ll make sure you land a role that fits your seniority, aligns with your lifestyle and work-life balance goals, and truly reflects your worth.
Career Consulting: If you’re feeling overwhelmed by improving your resume, struggling with specific interview questions or have no idea how to leverage the power of LinkedIn…I offer quick 30 and 60 minute one-off sessions. Book it directly and let’s go!

…To sum up:
Coaching is:
Introspective, client-driven, helps clients discover their own answers and make decisions based on their values (it’s more of a long-term commitment and partership).
Consulting is:
More directive, involves sharing advice, wisdom, and guidance from the consultant's own experience. I know how it feels when you're stuck and just need someone to quickly guide you through the next steps. Consulting is a one-off chat with solutions ready to be implemented.
PS Not sure what to choose? Book a free 25 minute chemistry call with me, and ask me anything.

Every conversation we have will bring you closer to your goals.
At the start of each session, we’ll identify the most important outcomes you want to achieve that day, while keeping your larger, long-term goals in focus.
Each discussion will be tailored to make sure you walk away with a clear plan or insight that moves you forward.
At the end of our session, we’ll take time to acknowledge what you’ve accomplished. Progress deserves to be celebrated, and these moments of reflection help solidify your growth.
Your feedback is essential to me: I value an open conversation and use feedback and surveys to fine-tune our approach, and ensure we’re making meaningful progress.
I’m committed to making sure you feel comfortable and confident that we’re on the right track throughout the entire process.
IMPORTANT: If you need any adjustments, whether related to neurodivergence, disability, or any personal preferences, please let me know.
I will always adapt to create an environment where you feel 100% supported.
Confidentiality and inclusivity are top priorities: everyone is welcome here, be you. Our conversations are safe, and you’ll be met with respect and care. This is just another advantage of working with a coach who follows the International Coaching Federation's ethical guidelines.

What do Oprah Winfrey, Hugh Jackman, and Bill Gates all have in common?
They’ve all hired coaches to help them overcome big struggles.
Oprah said that coaching helped her quiet that inner critic that said she wasn't good enough.
Hugh Jackman said that a coach can see what you can’t: "The best have coaches because the coach can see what you can't see. You're in the forest, they're outside of it."
And Bill Gates valued how a coach can help you step back and really question yourself.
But...coaching isn’t just for celebrities, it’s for anyone who wants to make real changes.
I used to think coaches were mentors, but I’ve realized they’re something very different. They are growth and thinking partners who accept you as you are and help you clear away the stuff holding you back, like old beliefs and the pressure of others' opinions.
After just 3 months of working with a coach, my friends started telling me how much I’d changed. I felt more confident, positive, and able to make decisions faster - finally living life on my own terms.
Before coaching, I was stuck waiting for the “perfect moment” to take certain steps or risks. Coaching helped me see that the perfect moment is now.
If you’re curious about what coaching could do for you, I'm a free 25 minute conversation away from you. Let's do this!

VIA YOUR EMPLOYER BUDGET FOR EDUCATION: Many companies offer a professional development budget, which you can often use for career coaching, for example.
This means you could potentially have all or part of my coaching fee covered by your employer.
In some cases, your company might even pay directly, so you won't need to pay upfront any money.
It’s worth having a conversation with your HR department or manager to see if this is an option for you.
VIA TAX DEDUCTIBLE EXPENSES, IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS OWNER: Career coaching related to the business activities can often be classified as a tax-deductible expense.
If the coaching is aimed at improving business skills, leadership, or personal development directly related to running your business, you may be able to deduct the costs from your taxable income.
